All digital business cards include a complimentary 14-day trial period. It is required that payment be made prior to the conclusion of the trial period. Failure to do so will result in the card being placed in hibernation mode.
Upon the conclusion of the trial period, if we have not received payment from your end, we would like to inform you about our card hibernation process. At this stage, your card will enter a secured state where it will be password protected and rendered invisible until the outstanding amount is settled. It is important to note that after a period of 15 days, your card details will be permanently removed from our server.

Upon the conclusion of the trial period, modifications will be limited to minor changes exclusively. Please note that the process of updating these alterations may require up to two business days to be implemented.
Digital menus are specialized digital business cards tailored specifically for restaurants, offering a distinct set of functionalities including add-to-cart capabilities and integrated payment options. These menus enable customers to conveniently place orders directly through this digital platform, streamlining the ordering process and enhancing the overall dining experience.
The domain authority remains under our control, given that all cards conclude with the same domain. The only exception is the digital Menu, which will reside on a subdomain, granting users access to its backend functionalities.
Renewal of the contract can be facilitated upon completion of the contract period by remitting the respective annual fees. The fees for renewal are as follows: Rs. 1000 for the silver package, Rs. 1500 for the gold package, and Rs. 4000 for the platinum package. The renewal cost for the Digital Menu shall be determined based on factors including the expense of the subdomain, hosting, and the SSL certificate (which is mandatory for enabling payment transactions).
Prior to the final approval, you have the opportunity to request design changes without incurring any additional costs. However, once the structure has been finalized and confirmed, any modifications to the digital card, except for minor adjustments, will be subject to separate charges as a new card.
